So, here I am writing up the final recipe for this second official Summer of Pie and I’m finding myself torn — I really don’t want to be done with this, but it’s the summer of pie and summer’s over. I know I still have the contest winner to pick, but after that… Empty pieless nothingness! What to do? I know, have a survey! Anyhow, I’ll have the final recipe for Death by Chocolate Pie up as soon as I get some photos from my friend Kim. And stay tuned for the results of the free pie contest when I wrangle my niece and nephew for the drawing later this week. Until then you can find me huddled in the corner of my kitchen clutching my 9″ Pyrex pan and french rolling-pin, weeping softly…
